  Most of us would agree that the basic colour scheme of vegetation is green!  But it is possible to choose from several other colours when you are designing your garden.  You can change the whole look of your garden by choosing different coloured plants.  Some people will even stick to one or two certain shades and this can look really nice.   It’s amazing how much wildlife there can be in your own back garden.  Even in built-up areas you can get a large variety of birds and hedgehogs who will often filch from your pet food bowl!  Sitting outdoors in the summer can be made even nicer if there are lots of different birds to watch.   If you are planning to buy a table and chairs for your garden then the first thing you will need to decide on is exactly how much you want to spend.  There is a huge selection to choose from with furniture to suit any budget.

  A lot of the cost will depend on what it is made from.  Plastic is normally the cheapest option, with wooden or metal furniture costing more.  Obviously, with this type of thing it is very much a case of ‘you get what you pay for’.  You may find a plastic table and chairs for a small price tag, but it will not be big on quality.  The chairs will usually be very flimsy and the plastic will often lose its coating over quite a short space of time.  Read the rest of this entry »
